Gaming Records Rules

If you plan to compete with us then all you need to do is establish how we verify it's you whether that's using the same email or having a specific code you message us with or a specific channel of content, in this case we don't check your channel regularly, instead you'll have to message us directly with the video link for record verification.
-
We reserve the right to add or remove a record on the suspicion of cheating in any form not permitted by us if we suspect that you have cheated to gain any advantage.
-
Any record nowhere near top record can be posted without proof.
-
Any record close but not really close to top records must have image proof.
-
Any close top records must be proven by video.
-
Ties take up 1 place for all players tied on that record.
-
Upon request you must be prepared to backup proof of your record, this includes With uncertain records and overly-skillful play and super difficult tricks we may request an alternative small video doing whatever we request you to do and then demonstrating your skill in a single recording within a week.
-
We may allow trusted gamers records to be posted up without major verification, but still be prepared to show proof if we request it.
-
Proof you provide is under our own usage, but at this time your proof can be private, but of course if we change our minds about this in future then that's under our usage.
-
Unless stated you are not allowed to use any cheat devices such as Action Replay, Gameshark, Game Genie or anything of that manner.
-
You are not allowed to hack the game in any way and you are not allowed to use a hacked version of the game specified and the game must only be played under natural gameplay, nothing altered or changed.
-
In game codes can be used if listed under our rules for a specific game unless specified otherwise and must only be activated under the normal games functions, no cheat devices or hacking.
-
No tool-assisted stuff which includes slow downs, save states, cutting and editing videos, setup key presses.
-
Recordings must be a single recording for some records unless the record takes too long, you can speed up the video a bit or cut it in certain parts of time consuming gameplay, cutting it specifically only if under very specific rules, for example the A button challenge in Super Mario 64 if an attempt to do something without an A press takes a ton of retries and doesn't affect your character then you can cut the video to save time, but you must record your demonstration on how you did that something that took that much practice and reattempting.
-
Turbo controllers and turbo pressing can be used especially with longer rapid pressing that may cause RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) or Tendonitis, most is okay except when a record requires pressing rapidly as the record itself, or if i've specified otherwise or allow it as an exception.
-
-THE MOST IMPORTANT RULE
Records beyond a games limit that are out of reach will be removed unless explained in better or thorough detail on how to do it and we can replicate it similarly, if we are still just too far out of reach then your record will be removed, there are plenty of sites with records that are out of reach from us real gamers that are done by people like those of you that are mysteriously just that good, especially those that claim their records are allegedly legitimately done with no cheats or hacking including those that say they were supposedly only playing around for a couple of days and supposedly got really good records, no one breaks a fair percentage of the proven best world records just from a couple days of messing around care free, simply take that stuff elsewhere because we don't want it here, no legit gamer wants to stress out trying to figure out how someone out of nowhere beat a number of their best records and by multiple seconds or by hundreds or thousands of points, i'm sorry but that's the way we intend to be, We retain the right to remove a record on the suspicion of potential cheating such as using a small unnatural advantage like a slight speed hack to get ahead and keep ontop of the rankings and sit there with no way of normal gamers ever reaching it, if you think we are wrong about your record then elaborate with us, don't argue with us at least without any proper explanation with proof about why we can't reach your record within a reasonable enough range, if we can't understand or reach your record closely enough then i'm not listing it, that's all there is to it.

We may allow specialized sections here that allow specified cheat based records here under our specified rules, they will also be physics verified as well.
